July 4th is my FAVORITE holiday.
What I'm not telling you is that I have a very good reason to LOVE July 4th! Yesterday was my 29th birthday and it was one of the best I've had in a long time! I had friends come in town just to hang out with me ALL weekend : ) Sunday clay and I got up and kayaked to red bud isle from downtown. The weather was almost perfect. My only bark was having to paddle into the wind on the way back, but at least there was wind. After that we bbq'ed with friends. The food was wonderful, thanks to me having nothing to do with cooking it and clay doing it all. We even had cupcakes and a cake decorated with blueberries and strawberries to look like a flag (thank you Tracy).
I have a lot to be thankful for.....
